Ok. I’m 15 years old and am currently over weight. I wnna loose alot of weight so i can be a size 10 b4 school starts agen in August. Here are a few questions i rele need answers to;
1. Diet? (what to eat & what not)
2. Exercise? (i cant do that much because i just broke my ankle)
3. Pills? (I really dont wnt to)
