		<description>For me now Semi-fasting is a way of life, knowing now I don&#039;t have to swallow, all the garbage I eat.  And to day people eat a lot of garbage, or uncooked food.

  Try Semi-fasting, get a 32oz cup, and eat two or 3 bagels, chew them to mush or till no longer any flavor, suck the juice out, and drop all the bulk in the 32oz cup, and then weigh it, it will come up to 12 or more ounces, that would of been in your stomach, and then going through your digestive track.  Why swallow the Garbage????   For that is what it is.

  Have fun with your food, you really are only after the taste.  You probably LIVE, to eat, and not eat to live.  There are no taste buds in your stomach! 

 If you get a little constipated, just take a table spoon of Mineral oil, and it will soften the stool in 5 or 10 minutes, and clear the tract.  If you want to clear up the intestinal track, a quart of Kudsen, Juice Cherry juice will do wonders.  It will clear your track, and purify it within the hour, if you drink about 24 ounces of it at room tempature, with in 15 minutes, it will also clear up back kidney pains, believe it or not,  also it will clear up Gout, as it prevents uric acid build up, and if your prostate, PSA is a little high it can cut it in two, if you drink about 4 quarts over a week. I know it worked for me, and that was 10 years ago.  It saved me  from having a biopsy, which can spread cancers.</description>

That said, I would recommend merely including in your diet a daily dish of legumes + rice, which are utterly non-fat, healthy as any food available, and so low in the calorie dept. that you&#039;ll probably burn off the calories cooking and eating the stuff. Flavor as you wish with all that your supermarket has in the spice &amp; herb aisle. There&#039;s your &quot;cleansing&quot; of the system. You don&#039;t try to wash things out. Intestines don&#039;t work that way. You put thru what pushes things out. THAT is how your intestines work.</description>

if you are really having a hard time eating try some negative calorie foods/low calories foods; Apples, hard boiled eggs, celery, soup or other fruits.

		<description>What I do, is Semi-Fast my food, which is just juicing you food, after you have chewed it, and dropping the bulk out of my mouth, into a cup.

  I Chew the food till the flavor is gone, then swallow the juice, and drop the rest out of my mouth, you can do it with about any kind of food, except soup. 

 This has been the diet of ants for over 100 million years, and there are no fat ants.  I call it the Ant Diet.  It takes about a week to get use to it,  Try it on potato chips, what is neat, the more you Semi-Fast, the tastier your food gets.  I have done it for about a year, and my weight is down to 185, from 230.

  I just love Semi-Fasting, can eat anything, as much as i want, and lose weight.  But you can&#039;t know it if you don&#039;t try it.  People say, well you don&#039;t get any fiber, you don&#039;t need fiber for juice! 

 Corn beef will be on sale next few weeks, that is just great to Semi-fast on, in fact any meats are.  Your stomach is no bigger than your Fist, so why stretch it!  Your whole body is relaxed, you can get to sleep easier.

All diets  work... .even ATKINS(UGH) you&#039;ll lose weight fast, but gain it all back +..within 2 years. 98% of everyone who loses 50 pounds or more will gain it back plus way more within 2 years. Even people who have had gastric  bypass.. .can gain it all back and more..I have known a few. Adopting an entire healthier  lifestyle.... .and way of thinking will help you keep it off. One plan I very much approove of is the GLYCEMIC INDEX way of  eating.. .you do not need to be a diabetic to adopt this way of eating. Tons of  food.... .no hunger &amp; great weight  results.. .and best of all you can actually live your life eating this way. Its not HOW MUCH YOU  EAT.... .ITS WHAT YOU  EAT.... .that sets the pace for your weight loss. Starting with a clean slate is always  good... .but I have NEVER fasted, did colonics(thats just absurd) or did enemas......I however did every other weight loss diet on this planet, I have every book, every meal plan, every diet pill, drink, potion, cookie  etc............. .but until I examined myself on why I ate, why I was overweight, when I ate and how important my health really was to  me...... .it didn&#039;t happen.
