what are some exercises to get flat abs?

I have been exercising for about two years. For some reason I just can’ t get that flat stomach. I usually do 30 minutes of cardio about 130 sit ups and crunches some lifting dumb bells. I’m 5’1 and i’m110 any advice thanks.

P90x is a exercise that works in 90 days and will give you results. You lose weight and build muscle.
Here’s a great exercise to get a flat stomach.
1.Go in sit up position without the crossed arms.
2.Grab your ankles and try to keep your feet on the floor (Do the best you can!)
3.(Don’t let go of your ankles) Lift up your knees (Keep them together)
4.Try to touch your chin.It’s probably hard but do the best you can.
5.Keep your head on the floor
Info-By the way you do it,it’s gives you better abs than sit up’s do.
6.Just keep lifting your knees up and down as fast as you can.
