What are some good workouts to rid of those pesky love handles?

I’ve recently gained weight and it all seemed to go to my center, at the love handles and lower back. Are there any good work out routines to help lose off fat in that particular area? Thanks for any help!

It’s very simple. To lose wt. input must be less than output.
ie. eat a little bit less or exercise/physical activity more.
Try cardo exercises – cycling, jogging, asride jumps, skipping, etc.
Do for 10 minutes, 2X a day for 2 weeks then increasing to 20 minutes, 2X day for 3 weeks and then 30 minutes, 2X day for 5 weeks. You will notice a difference!
If using weights, try high reps, light weight and do them with very little rest between the different exercise types (1 minute rest only) In this way it gets a pretty good cardio. going too.
Don’t expect overnight results as the weight gain had not occured overnight either.
Hope this helps.
Im a Certified Personal Trainer going on 10 yrs now. The best exercises for the love handles are standing twists, side bends with weights, with cardio. But there are a lot of different exercises for those areas. Your lower back would be deadlifts with light weight and bent over rows with dumbells in ur hands.
Its pretty much all cardio. Focus on that. I recommend interval training. Walk sprint walk sprint. Alternating bout every minute. Ive been doing that all summer and im starting to get a better body. You can also do side bridges if you want a little resistance, or alternating curls. (type in on google or youtube for examples)
heyy i know what you mean here are some very good and easy work outs you can do to focus on your waist and love handles no equipment required just about 5 feet of space

I used to wonder the same thing.
Lately I’ve been using a program from
http://fatstomachworkout.com/
It has a great food guide with a bunch of healthy meal plans, and the
workouts are probably the best I’ve ever done. I’ve lost a good
portion of my gut.
You totally control your cravings by eating more nutritious foods
throughout the day with lots of fiber and healthy fats and protein.
Great way to stop cravings. Good luck!
