Cardio, including bike riding, is the best way to burn fat. When done in combination with a healthy diet you will see results very quickly. You need to do 30-40 minutes a day 5 times a week. The article below may provide some more insight…
Targetted weight reduction is quite difficult, some peeple would say impossible, nevertheless the only thing which clearly showed results for me was green tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I lost thrity pounds, it clearly does produce success!

good luck!
I lost belly fat, butt fat, and love handles by simply walking and cutting down the size of my meals. I just cut down the size of my meals to a smaller portion and I became use to the size of my meals fairly quickly. Just cut the size down, give yourself a week, and before you know it, you will be use to the size of the meal. Nothing will take the fat off really quickly, but the quickest way I found, is walking. I walked about 6-8 miles a day and I lost about 30lbs in 2 months. Just by walking. Now I’m dancing in my room privately. I just put on my favorite music, a fast-paced loud beat to get me pumped and I just jump around and dance. That has taken my love handles and back fat off.
Hope this helps!
There is no such thing as targeted weight loss. When you lose weight, you generally lose is it evenly throughout your body. Sometimes, your genetics dictate that you lose weight in certain areas first, and other places last– but that’s in your DNA, not in your exercise plan.
However, if you do ab/core work– you stomach will tighten so it will appear to lose weight in that area faster than other places. But the difference is marginal. With clothes on– people aren’t likely to notice it.
If you really want to lose belly fat and love handles– you just have to lose weight overall.
