What diet pills are best to lose about 5 lbs?

I would like to lose about 5 lbs to get to my ideal weight before the holidays. I don’t overeat, so cutting back on my food intake is not really an option and I don’t really have to time to exercise 30 minutes a day. I just want an easy way to melt off these 5 lbs so I’ll look great in my holiday outfits (and pictures). Any relatively safe diet pills out there that would help me do this?

Make the time to workout 30 minutes a day. In my line of work, it is easy to comfort eat, especially when there’s a deadline to meet and you’re under lots of stress. Finding time for the gym or cooking healthy food was not something I ever really found time to think about. I had never even realised that I’d become so large until someone I knew well, who I hadn’t seen me for a while no longer knew who I was.
Premium Acai Burn has just given me that added help and support to know that I can now lose and maintain my weight. Losing weight has made me feel so much more confident and I really go out of my way, to ensure I stay healthier, through my diet, healthy exercise and by taking Premium Acai Burn. I cannot recommend this product enough to you all! I feel and look ten years younger.
After doing a quick google search i found this which might interest you.

green tea extracts, very nartural
I personally only drink water for a week, and do 100 sit ups a day. Works for me everytime and I drop at least 6-8 pounds in 2 weeks.
none, alli might help but you would need to stick to a strict diet n e ways. the best way is to exercise for an hour a day and eat very healthy for a week. chances are if your not too fit, it will come right off in inches. weight doesn’t much matter if your already at a healthy weight if its just 5 pounds in difference your wanting…the size as in measurements usually show the work effort more rather than weight if your already at a healthy weight like i said. as in exercise, jog and walk for 40-45 minutes and do some strength like crunches, lifting 8 pound weights, push ups, squats…do stuff like that for the rest of the hour session. leaving about 5 to cool down and stretch. you cannot pin point weight loss. n e one that says so is uneducated about weight loss. you can only pin point where you want to gain muscle….you loose weight all over your body but you pack it on in certain areas most likely…some pack it on all over evenly and a r quite lucky because of that. do use outfits like sweatpants to help you shed water weight of your planning ot work out indoors. in the summer, its not a good idea to wear too warm of clothing outdoors as you can easy get heat stroke….if you are going to workout outside, do it in the early morning or late afternoon when the sun isnt all the way up and its cooler. dress as if its 10 degrees warmer is usually the moto for many since your body gets warmer over the coarse of n e cardio you do (walking, running, biking, etc)
Well I would do some short ten minute ab workouts, but it really depends on the area you want to lose the weight. Since you want to lose about five pounds buying diet pills is a lot more money than a simple aerobic workout which will get you toned and you won’t be spending as much money.
Dear friend,
The primary principle of losing weight: Calories burned need to exceed calories consumed. You have 2 ways to slow and reverse the upward trend toward overweight and obesity: Eat less and exercise more. Here are the steps I advise taking.
Step 1: Write down as you go along all the foods and liquids you consume along with how much for an entire week. Journaling is a nuisance, but it’s still the best way to identify how all those calories are mysteriously ending up inside you. Also, once you start writing things down, you’ll think twice before you eat something regrettable.
At the end of the week, identify any choices you made that could have been smarter and try not to repeat them. For example, skim milk could be swapped for 6-percent milk.
Step 2: Adjust your consumption. Reduce portions, while always making sure you’re eating foods that will sustain you, which means having some protein or fat at every meal. Between meals, eat healthy snacks; never let yourself get too hungry or too tired. Eat slowly, chew your meals thoroughly, and stop before you are satisfied.
Step 3: Start moving. Avoid escalators and elevators. Add more stairs and steps whenever and wherever you can. Make sure you’re getting sweaty or feeling the burn: Leisurely walks do not burn many calories.
Step 4: Assess your weight-loss goals. First, make sure they are realistic. Don’t immediately aim to lose 30+ pounds and don’t expect the weight to drop off in the first weeks to months of trying. First, aim to stabilize your weight; stopping the gain is a great achievement in its own right. Losing small amounts of weight is the most achievable and sustainable plan, so start slow. For just about anyone, I suggest aiming to lose 5 pounds in 6 months.
Step 5: Don’t weigh yourself more than once a month. Those scales will make you crazy! Besides, scales are pretty useless if you’re climbing on and off of them every day. Your weight naturally fluctuates through the course of a single day — never mind the day-to-day swings.
If you’re hoping to include these pills in your weight-loss plan, I have bad news for you. First, the weight you lose by this method is rarely sustainable. Second, these medications are risky; they can even damage your heart, and are often accompanied by miserable side effects.
Why suffer in this way and risk harming your health when your original purpose for losing weight was to get yourself healthy? Avoid the pills and save yourself some money. You have all the tools you’ll need inside.

Best of luck

How Acai Berry Works For Lose Weight?
First: Acai is a wonderful source of antioxidant-carrying anthocyanins (which reside in purple-skinned fruit and vegetables) that naturally help fight free radical damage throughout the body which is important when you are dieting and exercising.
“Tired of Feeling Tired” When Trying to Lose Weight?
If you feel fatigued and fuzzy-headed when dieting, you’ll want to try Acai Berry Select.
Acai Berry Select will help you feel energized and alert as you switch to healthier eating habits
In general, I am skeptical and leary of any diet pills. Green tea might help. Acai diet products are mostly scams, though acai juice is very, very healthy and a wonderful antioxidant.
Here are two suggestions that will take off 5 pounds or so in short order:
First, every week have a one day fast where you consume nothing but either dark grapes (seeds and all), watermelon, juiced vegetables or water. The best idea would be to rotate those items and use one each week. Have all you want of any given item above, but nothing else. The grapes and watermelons will thoroughly cleanse your system out and the watermelons have the added bonus of helping cleanse the kidneys and dissolve any kidney stones that may be forming there.
Secondly, here is alternative health authority Jon Barron’s protocol for losing 5 or more pounds in fairly short order:
This is a great short term program (2-3 weeks at a time) for losing a quick 6-8 pounds. Anyway, for those of you who are interested, here’s the program Jon Barron designed.
Morning: 20 ounce glass of 50% fresh Orange Juice, 25% organic aloe vera juice, 25% filtered or distilled water. With nuts (5 almonds and 4 walnut halves).
Midday: Tablespoon of flax oil along with a tablespoon of organic cottage cheese. Or 2 tablespoons flax seeds ground up and mixed with 1 cup diluted juice.
4:30: Large (20 oz shake)
2 tbs Accelerator from Baseline Nutrition
1/2 banana
Handful frozen organic strawberries or raspberries or half raspberries and blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple coconut juice
1 cup water
6:00: One tbs psyllium powder in diluted juice.
8:00: one apple, which will actually be quite filling
As needed, throughout the day, Warp Speed.
Obviously, you can substitute juices and fruit in the above menu as desired — within reason. Keep in mind, berries work well because they are low glycemic fruits.
Do this Monday and Tuesday.
Eat normally on Wednesday (good proteins and vegetables — avoiding refined grains, sugars, and starches). You never want to go more than two days in a row on a low calorie program in order to keep your metabolic rate up (more than 2 days in a row of low calorie and your metabolism begins to drop) and to reward yourself.
Repeat shake days on Thursday and Friday.
Repeat Wednesday’s sensible meals on Saturday and Sunday.
You’ll lose weight rapidly on this program — and feel really good in the process.
Again, keep in mind this is a short term program for 2-3 weeks at a time. For more intensive weight-loss, you will have to go on a slower, more balanced, and more sustainable program.
