What exercise routine would help me get abs and lose my love handles?

I am currently 5’4" 127lbs, I’m not fat at all but I do have sort of a beer belly and love handles. I want to be 120lbs by May. How can I lose the stomach and back flab and gain muscle by then?
Also, will a body cleanse help?
I want to lose flab and gain muscle.
I’m currently a size 3/4 and I would like to stay that way.

Running helps decrease fat and tone your legs, and same with biking. But if you want something that isn’t as tiring, then try crunches, sit-ups, and stretches. Last year, i lost 10 pounds in the summer by doing 40 minutes of those exercises and an hour of walking at a fast pace each day. I also ate half of what i normally ate and substituted that cut out half with fruits and veggies.
