What foods can I eat to raise my metabolism?

It seems the older I’ve gotten the slower my metabolism has gotten. Would love suggestions on foods I can eat and things I can do to raise my metabolism.

green tea, and protein rich foods,
protein is hard for the body to break down so it uses up cals just trying to digest it,
plus protein helps maintain insulin levels and help preventing u from storing fat

this is just the way of life they say that every year over 35 ur metabolism just starts to slow down
I’m not sure what specific food you can eat, but you can try eating smaller, more frequent meals. This is better then eating a couple big meals per day.
exercizing
food cant really help
try to eat a variety of spicy foods
curries, lots of asian cuisine
stuff like that
also try to cut back on red meats, and drink green tea
