What is a good weekly routine to workout different muslces of the body?

I workout 5-6 days a week and I like to get a well rounded workout, however my workouts are lasting close to 3 hours. I just don’t have the time anymore to dedicate that much time, so I am looking for a good breakdown where I can get a solid 60- 90 minute workout in and still get a good cardio and weightlifting combo in. Anyone have a solid routine that seems to work well for them?

you need to learn 30 -60 minutes of dancing – any style to bring a coordinated rounded exercise routine.
Try swimming.
