What kind of a weightloss or healthy diet plan would work for you?

I’m sure you have all tried some kind of diet. If I could design the perfect wieghtloss diet or healthy diet program for you, what would I need to do? Think of what would make you enthusiastic enough to not quit, but look forward to continuing this program on a daily basis for the rest of your life.

Combining the best diets to get the best result
I eat healthy and I walk a lot. If I didn’t have to take prednisone daily, I wouldn’t have a weight problem. I was quite thin before I started taking it. The day I started the drug, I gained 10 kilos overnight. I’ve never been able to lose it.
Weight Watchers has always been effective for me because its based on my own personal eating style and it’s about making good choices and reasonable portion sizes. Really, that’s what it’s all about in the end.
Kathleen – I get it about steroids and weight gain. I had to take them when I had cancer and went through chemotherapy. Afterward, I went back to WW and was able to lose it. Maybe talk to your doctor about other options. Pred is awful.
wieght watches is working for me – i the first week i lost 4.4 lbs – first time that ever happened to me on a diet – i usually gain on a diet.
it uses pts instead of calories -i find that so much more user friendly and they have good resources on line.
draw back is that it is 40 bucks a month – high but i am committed.
